Renting the indoor Range
SaraSpa periodically rents the Indoor Range for group functions. See the SaraSpa Calendar for scheduled rentals (or other times when the Indoor Range is not available for general use).
Procedure
- Contact the SaraSpa Secretary at secretary@sarasparodandgun.org
- Request your dates and times as far in advance as possible. The indoor range is not available on weekends.
- The Secretary will inform you whether or not your rental is approved, and possibly present alternative dates / times.
New Requirement (24 Dec 2011):
A SaraSpa Board Member or Range Safety Officer must be present during the entire rental event.
Rates
Rental rates (Monday through Friday). The range is not available for rental on weekends:
- $500.00 for an 8 hour day (full day is anything over 4 hours)
- $250.00 for up to 4 hours (half day of 4 hours or less)
Payment is due prior to, or at the start of the event.
Rental Rules
- Please bear in mind that you are renting the indoor range. Keep all firearms on the indoor range.
- General members of the club will have access to the meeting room, hallway and bathrooms.
- ALL renters will abide by the SaraSpa Rod & Gun Club Range Rules & Bylaws that apply (copies of the Range Rules & Club Bylaws are available inside the clubhouse).
- ONLY THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF SPORTSMANSHIP WILL BE TOLERATED. ANYTHING LESS WILL BE GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL FROM THE BUILDING(S) AND GROUNDS.
- The gun club requires that a Board of Directors or a SaraSpa Range Safety Officer be present for the duration of your rental. This is a requirement of our insurance provider, and is not negotiable.
- All non-member attendees must sign the Waiver of Liability. All attendees may sign a single page and attach to the waiver form. Please print and sign name.
